Hi, I hope each of you had a great holiday time and the New Year is starting out with a good jolt. Those of you that did not clean out your closet prior to the first have the first 6 weeks of this year to get it done. I know that many of you have contacted me about things falling in these first few weeks, but pick it up and get it done for a better 2008. We are trying something new for the prophecy and it is being posted so you can down load it and actually hear Ethan’s words of wisdom. Hope you enjoy this and if so we will possibly do some more in the future.  Let us know how you like it. The best of 2008 and know it is a new beginning, so get off to a good start.

September 2005

Like so many of you, I have been glued to the tube, even more than usual.  I have lived in the South and can hear and smell the despair that is currently being visited upon us. I walk a fence of self and oneness.  I have said that I have little empathy for those that did not leave, but I have relocked and changed my mind. I now realize that they had no way to leave and no where to go. Everyone does not have a car or a credit card to get a room. I could not at this stage leave my home in an emergency without assistance.  I find it very difficult to believe we have no way in this country to be sure babies are fed and there is safe drinking water 24/7.  My friend, Gordon, is working in a village in Africa and all the problems he faces are multiplied in the South right now. I have anger and tears rising up and there is nothing I can do to make myself feel any better. If I am not willing to be part of the solution I am definitely part of the problem.

I hated hearing the race card played, but the more I see the more true it is.  Snipers shooting at the relief workers, shades of Iraq.  Raping, pillaging and plundering has New Orleans returned to the days of yore? No the days of yore and the days of now when people are frustrated and feel boxed in. How can we, as a caring people, change thinks so this does not happen again? We drop food, medicine, and water into far away places and could not do it for one area in our country. We tout ourselves as the police of the world and let lawlessness abide on our lands.  How can we police far away when our citizens live in fear?  Bodies floating around the streets, hospitals under siege, babies crying with hunger, not a Sci-fi movie, but reality in America when a catastrophic storm hits.

This is our time to stand and be counted.  Ethan has long told us that Mother Earth was about to shake us loose and I think the time is here. Let’s do our best to promote oneness and take care of ourselves and others.
